Live Streaming Classes
Classes are run via Zoom. You can download the Zoom App or sign up with zoom.us. There is plenty of helpful information here to help you get started.
You can join casually for $12/class. Or
If you want more, book in for a block of 4 classes (choosing either Tuesday or Thursday) for $35 or all 8 classes each week for $65.

All of Katie's classes are dynamic, breath focused and vary between Slow Flow, Yoga Therapy, General Vinyasa and Intermediate level sessions. The best things in life are simple. So in a yoga class we keep it simple. We move with the breath. We inhale to fill up and we exhale to empty. We respect our body and our state of mind. We are compassionate towards others. We leave with a big smile on our face. Simple.
