Yoga therapy is for everyone. No matter your age, level of fitness, health issues or even belief system. If you can breathe, we can design a practice for you.

Yoga Therapy works because it acknowledges the multiple layers to our constitution. It targets your physical, physiological, psychological layers to improve your overall wellbeing. Developing a regular personal practice is the most important thing you can do to improve your life. Perhaps you would like to touch your toes, manage or improve a particular injury or limitation, master a specific pose, or you may have deeper issues like hormonal imbalances, digestive issues or respiratory problems. It may be a desire to delve deeper into your asana, pranayama and meditation practice. You will remove anything, mentally or physically, that may be holding you back. A regular home yoga therapy practice enables you to live with lightness and ease.

Katie uses the tools of yoga to design a practice for you, which is fun and will fit in with your lifestyle. Sessions and subsequent plans are tailored to your specific needs. In as little as fifteen minutes a day, a personal practice will assist you in overcoming any limitations you may have.
