Katie’s classes focus on breathing techniques and on unifying the breath with movement. Classes are dynamic for flexibility, static for building strength and resilience, and vary between Slow Flow, Yoga Therapy, General Vinyasa and Intermediate level sessions.
Katie aims to create an environment that is laid back, inclusive, friendly, and positive so that you leave class feeling more grounded, joyful and content.
Yoga Practice - One-on-One

A one-on-one session can be helpful if you are new to yoga, find it difficult to motivate yourself to practice, or, you may find it difficult in a regular class. These sessions are all about you, and they focus on your goals and requirements for that day and they can be scheduled to suit you.

Corporate classes are a great way to alleviate stress and tension, and leave your team feeling energised for the day. In a relaxed and enjoyable space we offer tools to reduce stress to achieve a better work-life balance and greater sense of well-being. Classes are suitable for any skill level.
