Katie indeed has a gift in being able to identify problems and develop yoga sequences which target your concerns. Her practices are gentle yet incredibly effective. I pleasantly surprised at how quickly I saw improvement. I have suffered from back spasms for over 20 years a have had so many mainstream treatments during that time, all of which were tedious and only temporarily effective. Katie incorporates the yoga into your daily routine, making it so easy to fit in with everyday life.

I look forward to my current program every morning and feel so much better for the 20 mins - it’s incredible. I highly recommend Katie to anyone wishing to address any acute or chronic problems.
